Heard Ms Rita Devi, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. It appears from the pleadings that the Second Appeal preferred by the appellant is still pending for decision by the concerned authority.
3. That being the position, we direct the second appellate authority to decide the Second Appeal within a period of two months from today with a copy of the order that may be passed.
4. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, in the meantime.
