Heard Mr. S.Pfokrelo, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice in both the M.A. as well as O.A.
3. Since Mr. C.Barua, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel accept notice, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. The respondents, within 6 (six) weeks from now shall file counter both in M.A. as well as O.A.
5. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
6. The relevant records shall also be produced subject to availability.
7. In case the records could not be produced, the reason thereof shall be disclosed.
8. List for orders on 02.02.2017.
