1. Heard Mr.A.R.Tahbildar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.N.Baruah, learned CGSC assisted by Col Anand, OIC, Legal Cell, AFT, Guwahati appearing for the respondents.
2. The OA is admitted for hearing.
3. Since respondents are represented by Mr.N.Baruah, learned CGSC, no fresh notice needs to be issued.
4. The respondents within 8 (eight) weeks from now shall file the counter affidavit. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within 2 (two) weeks thereafter.
5. Respondents, on the next date fixed, shall produce the relevant records including the Release Medical Board Proceeding.
6. List on 08.03.2017 for orders when attempt may be made to take up the OA for final disposal at the order stage itself.
