1. Heard Mr. AR Tahbildar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. C. Baruah, learned CGSC assisted by Col Anand, OIC, Legal Cell, AFT, Guwahati appearing for the respondents.
2. The OA is admitted for hearing.
3. Since the respondents are represented by Mr. C. Baruah, learned CGSC, no fresh notice needs to be issued.
4. The respondents within 08 weeks from now shall file counter affidavit. The applicant may file rejoinder within 02 weeks thereafter.
5. The respondents on the next date fixed shall produce the relevant records including the Release Medical Board Proceeding.
6. List on 09.03.2017 when attempt may be made for disposal of the OA at the order stage itself.
