Heard Mr. U.sarma, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice.
3. Since the respondents are represented by their Counsel, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. Brig N.Deka, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents may be granted time to file their affidavit on merit, since the affidavit, relating to the maintainability of the O.A., has already been filed.
5. Prayer is allowed. Such affidavit shall be filed within 6 (six) weeks from now. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
