ORDER
(By B.P.Katakey,J.) 22 Mar. 2017 Mr. Ravi Sagar, learned Counsel for the applicant prays for some time to adress the issue about the maintainability of the O.A. as well as the MA in view of the dismissal of the Writ petition as well as the Writ Appeal by the Hon`ble Gauhati High Court upholding the order of dismissal of the applicant from service.
