Heard Mr. A.R.Tahbildar, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. O.A. is admitted for hearing.
3. Since the respondents are represented by their learned Counsel, fresh notice need not be issued.
4. Respondents may file counter affidavit within 8(eight) weeks from now. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within 2 (two) weeks thereafter.
