The applicants, who filed O.A.-02/2015 before this Tribunal which was dismissed vide order dated 18.4.2016, has filed these applications, one for seeking leave to appeal before the Hon`ble Suprme Court and the other for condonation of delay in filing such application seeking leave.

2. We have heard Mr. Rocky Sharon, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. C.Baruah, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel assisted by Col Anand, OIC, Legal Cell, Guwahati appearing for the respondents.

3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the order dated 18.4.2016 passed in O.A. 02//2015, we are of the considered opinion that it is not a fit case to grant leave to appeal before the Hon`ble Supreme Court under Section 31 of the AFT Act, since the said order does not involve any question of law having general public importance.

4. M.As accordingly stand dismissed.
