Heard Mr. A.M.Bora, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice in both the M.A.22/2017 as well as OA 21/2017.
3. Since the respondents are represented by Mr. N.Baruah, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. List on 7th June, 2017 when the question of jurisdiction of this Tribunal, as raised by Mr. Baruah, learned Counsel for the respondents, and also the prayer for grant of bail would be considered.
5. The respondents shall also apprise this Tribunal about the order that may be passed on the post confirmation application filed by the applicant.
