Heard Ms Sachitra Bora, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice both in MA as well as OA.
3. Since the respondents are represented by Mr. N.Baruah, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. The respondents, within four weeks from now, shall file counter.
5. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
