Mr. N.Baruah, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents prays for further time to file counter.
2. Having regard to the claim of the applicant in O.A., which is for disability element of the pension, we grant last opportunity to the respondents to file counter within four weeks from now. .
3. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
4. Post the case for hearing on 12th July, 2017.
