Heard Mr. AR Tahbildar, learned Counsel for the applicant and Miss N.Das, learned Counsel appearing on behal of Brig N.Deka assisted by Lt Akash Bashisht.
2. Learned Counsel for the respondents on instruction has submitted that the Second Appeal preferred by the applicant has been rejected on 25th April, 2017, a copy of which is placed on record.
3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to list the case for hearing on 9th June, 2017.
