1. Heard Mr. A.R.Tahbildar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Brig.N.Deka (Retd) ,learned CGSC appearing for the respondents.
2. The grievance of the applicant in the present CA is that despite the direction issued vide order dated 26.8.2016 passed in OA 13/2016, the same has not been complied with. Brig Deka learned counsel for the respondents referring to the corrigendum PPO has submitted that direction issued by the Tribunal has been complied with.
3. Mr.Tahbildar, learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, has submitted that payment against said PPO is yet to be credited to the account of the applicant.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid position, we dispose of the CA giving liberty to the applicant to file another application if payment under the PPO is not credited to the account of the applicant within a period of 3 months from today.
