2. We have heard Mr. D.C.Chakravarty, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr. Chakravarty, learned Counsel for the respondents on instruction has submitted that pursuant to the sanction order dated 3rd February, 2017, PPO has been issued which has been sent to the Bank authority for release of the amount.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission we close and dispose of the CA allowing the applicant to approach this Tribunal again by means of another M.A. in the event the benefit under the PPO is not received within a period of 3 (three) months from today.
5. C.A. accordingly stands closed and disposed of.
