One final opportunity is given to the respondents to file counter affidavit wthin 6 (six) weeks from today with an advance copy to the applicant.
2. The applicant shall file rejoinder within 4 (four) weeks thereafter.
3. The respondents are also directed to produce the records pertaining to the Medical Board of the applicant which had taken place after the injury suffered by him.
