1. Issue notice to the respondents to show cause as to why the disability element of pension should not be granted at the rate of 50% in terms of Govt. notification.
2. Reply to the affidavit be filed within 6 (six) weeks from today. Applicant can file rejoinder within 4 (four) weeks thereafter.
3. List it for order on 9th January, 2018.
