1. Heard Ms.M.Bhattacherjee, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Brig N.Deka (Retd), learned CGSC appearing for the respondents.
2. This Misc. Application has been filed for restoration of OA-44/2017, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide Order dated 25.10.2017.
3. We have perused the application for restoration filed by the applicant. Para 3 and 4 of the application discloses sufficient grounds for restoration of the Original Application No. 44-2017.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for restoration.
5. The OA-44/2017 is accordingly restored to its original file.
6. Misc. Application stands is allowed.
