1. This MA has been preferred in conjunction with OA-11 of 2018 praying to condone the delay of 15 years,3 months and 24 days in filing the OA.

2. The case pertains to rounding off disability element of disability pension from the date of discharge of the applicant.
3. Since the pension is continuous cause of action, in view of the catena of judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the delay in filing the OA deserves to be condoned
4. Accordingly the delay in filing the OA is condoned.
5. Misc. case is disposed of accordingly.
