1. Heard Mr A.R.Tahbildar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.D.C.Chakraborty, learned CGSC assisted by Capt.Akash Vashishta, OIC,AFT, Legal Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. By filing this contempt application, the applicant has alleged that the respondents /contemnors have deliberately violated this Tribunal’s Order dated 23.02.2018 passed in OA-38/2017.
3. Capt Akash Vashishta, OIC,AFT Legal Cell has submitted that he may be allowed a month’s time to implement the order and submit compliance report.
