1. Heard Mr. Gaurab J Shrma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr N.Baruah, learned CGSC assisted by Capt. Akash Vashishta, OIC,AFT, Legal Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 750 days in filing the Original Application No. 36-2018.
3. By filing this OA, the applicant has prayed for grant of disability pension along with rounding off benefit from 20% to 50% w.e.f. the date of discharge.
4. Since the matter relates to disability pension, we are inclined to condone the delay as prayed for.
5. Misc Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
