2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that the order of dismissal was not communicated to the applicant by the respondents.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents prayed for time to file additional Counter Affidavit along with all relevant documents including documents regarding communication and Court of Inquiry etc.
