1. This MA has been filed for correction of typographical error in our order dated 23.02.2018 passed in OA 55 of 2017.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
3. In Para 8 and 9 of the said order dated 23.02.2018, instead of “disability element of pension”, it should be written as “war injury pension”. Accordingly corrections be made in para 8 and 9 of the order dated 23.02.2019 in OA 55 of 2017. Therefore, in view of the correction process, more time has been sought by the applicant to comply with the order. Hence, four weeks time is granted for compliance of the order of this Tribunal dated 23.02.2018 passed in OA 55 of 2017, failing which 9 % interest per annum will be levied w.e.f. 07.03.2019.
5. List the matter again after four weeks whenever the Division Bench reassembles.
