1. By filing this application under Section 22(c) of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 2 years 2 months and 11 days in filing the OA 10/2019.
2. Heard Mr AR Tahbildar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr PK Garodia, learned CGSC assisted by Capt. Nisha Thomas, OIC, Legal Cell, AFT, Guwahati for the respondents. Mr PK Garodia submits that he is going to submit the memo of appearance during the course of the day.
3. In view of the grounds mentioned in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application, we are inclined to condone the delay.
4. Accordingly, the delay of 2 years 2 months and 11 days in the filing the OA-10/2019 is condoned and this MA stands disposed of.
