1. Heard Mr.A.R.Tahbildar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.P.K.Garodia, learned CGSC, assisted by Capt. Nisha Thomas, OIC, AFT Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. Perused the earlier orders. Respondents were directed to comply with the order passed by this Tribunal dated 11.05.2018 passed in OA-30 of 2016. The previous learned CGSC prayed for 01 (one) month time to comply with the directions of this Tribunal. Another 01 (one) month was allowed vide our order dated 06.03.2019.
3. Capt. Nisha Thomas, OIC, AFT Cell, has prayed for another 04 (four) weeks time for filing the compliance report. She shall file the compliance report within 04 (four) weeks with a copy to the learned Counsel for the applicant.
5. List the matter whenever the Division Bench reassembles next.
