ORDER
This petition arises in the same set of facts and circumstances as Telecommunication Petition No.180 of 2015 (Aircel Ltd. Vs. Union of India) which is allowed by the judgment and order dated 10.03.2016.
This petition is accordingly allowed for the same reasons and in the same terms as Telecommunication Petition No.180 of 2015.
