1. Heard Mr.A.R.Tahbildar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.D.Borah, learned CGSC, assisted by Capt. Nisha Thomas, OIC, AFT Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. Learned CGSC, Ms.D.Borah, has placed on record a Assam Regiment letter No.4541/4338851/Legal Cell dated 14.05.2019 annexing the Govt. Sanction and instructing the PCDA(P), Allahabad to issue PPO and prayed for some time to place the PPO on record.
3. Prayer granted.
4. Respondents are directed to issue PPO within 06 weeks.
