1. Heard Mr.A.R.Tahbildar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.P.J.Barman, learned CGSC, assisted by Capt. Nisha Thomas, OIC, AFT Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. By filing this application Under Section 22 (c) of AFT Act, 2007, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 01 year 07 months 17 days in filing the OA.
3. The claim of the applicant is disability pension, wherein the cause of action occurs month to month. Moreover, considering the grounds mentioned in Para 2 of the application, we are inclined to condone the delay.
4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Misc.Application has been disposed of.
