1. Heard Mr AR Tahbildar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr PK Garodia, learned CGSC Capt. Nisha Thomas, OIC AFT Legal Cell, Guwahati appearing for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents prays for one more chance to comply with the order dated 07.05.2019 passed by this Tribunal on 06.06.2019 in OA 40/17.
3. Perused the earlier orders, respondents were given last chance to execute the order passed by this Tribunal.
4. Respondents are hereby given one more chance to comply with the aforesaid order, failing which, suitable Officer from the office of the Additional Directorate General(Personal Services) as well as Contd………..
from the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pension) shall appear personally before this Tribunal on the next date fixed.
