2. On perusal of previous Orders on this matter on record, it reveals that hearing in this matter has been adjourned multiple times at the behest of counsel for the applicant or by the proxy counsel. Since none appeared of the applicant when the matter was taken up for hearing on 15/5/2026, it was deemed appropriate to send a Notice to the applicant. However, despite Notice dated 25/5/2026 in pursuance of ibid Order of this Tribunal, having been sent to the applicant for his personal appearance or through a counsel on his behalf by granting adequate time, none appeared on behalf of the applicant today.
3. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that the applicant is not serious in pursuing this Application. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
