1. This is the second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 17/2026 registered at Police Station Rajim, District Gariyaband (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)(m) of BNS and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act.
2. Earlier, first bail application i.e. MCRC No. 8426 of 2026 was rejected for want of prosecution vide order dated 10.09.2026.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State would submit that the applicant has 10 criminal antecedents, but applicant has not disclosed single criminal antecedents in the present bail application.
4. Having considered the suppression of aforesaid fact, instant application, at this stage, is hereby rejected. However, the applicant would be at liberty to file a better application, if so advised. Sd/-
