3. By the order dated 19.01.2026, the petition for quashing of FIR, charge-sheet and entire criminal proceeding was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a duly constituted petition with the condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- as cost in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from the date of such order and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Govt. Specialized Adoption Agency Bemetara (CG). Since, the petitioner could not deposit the amount of cost within such period, he moved the application for extension of time.

4. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared in repeated calls, we deem it appropriate to grant further seven working days to deposit the cost as has been ordered by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19.01.2026.

5. Accordingly, further seven working days time from today is granted to the petitioner to deposit the cost as has been ordered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19.01.2026 in CrMP No. 194/2026.

6. The present Cr.MP is accordingly disposed of. Sd/- Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) (Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi)
