1. The present Review Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and Rule 90(1) of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007 seeking review of the order dated 06/08/2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.9163/2025.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and went through the review petition and the annexed documents.
3. After going through the records of the review petition and the documents annexed therewith and also the judgment under review, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record warranting review of the judgment dated 06/08/2025 passed in WPS No.9163/2025.
