On perusal of previous Orders on this matter on record, it reveals that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 24/7/2023, the arguing counsel for the applicant sought time to prepare the case and, hence, sought adjournment. Thereafter, continuously on three consecutive occasions in the past on 26/9/2023, 31/7/2024 and again on 11/8/2025, the arguing counsel for the applicant was not present and the matter got adjourned by the Proxy Counsel. Today also, none appears on behalf of the Applicant.
3. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that neither the applicant nor his designated counsel is serious and is not desirous of and/or inclined to pursue this Application. The OA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
