2. Upon due consideration of the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing MCC is condoned.
3. This MCC has been filed for restoration of WPS No.2151/2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12/02/2025.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 12/02/2025, when the case was called for hearing, he could not appear before the Court as he was admitted in the hospital due to prolonged illness. He submits that the mistake was bonafide and unintentional. Therefore, he prays that the MCC may be allowed and order dated 12/02/2025 may be recalled.
5. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the application, MCC is allowed. Order of dismissal dated 12/02/2025 is hereby recalled and WPS No.2151/2017 is restored to its original number. Sd/-
