1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to the order dated 15.05.2026 (Annexure P/3) passed by the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bilaspur Bilaspur Division, submits that the transfer order dated 08.04.2026, whereby the petitioner was transferred from Seva Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Podi, (Karankapa) to Seva Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Belpan, has been quashed. However, despite the aforesaid order, the petitioner is not being permitted to join and discharge his duties at Podi. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation (Annexure P/1) before respondent Nos. 2 and 3, namely, the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur, and the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur, respectively, seeking permission to join and work at Podi in compliance with the order dated 15.05.2026. The said representation is stated to be pending consideration before the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure P/1) in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, if the representation is still pending, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of 30 days.

4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, without entering into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the petitioner’s pending representation (Annexure P/1), in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach respondent Nos. 2 and 3 along with a copy of this order for necessary compliance.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s claim, and the respondents shall consider the representation independently in accordance with law.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
