1. This MCC has been filed for restoration of WPS No. 6861 of 2026, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 21.09.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid writ petition was listed for hearing on 21.09.2026. However, when the matter was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this Court as he was engaged in proceedings before another Bench of this Court. Consequently, the writ petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

3. It is further submitted that the non-appearance of learned counsel was neither intentional nor deliberate, but occurred due to the aforesaid circumstances.
