1. Applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehend his arrest in connection with Crime No. 152/2026 registered at Police Station – Devendra Nager, Raipur, (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 5, 7 of the PITA Act.
2. Counsel for the State would submits that the applicant has not disclosed all the criminal antecedents against him in Part D of the application.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file better application.o
