1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 as she is in jail since 18.04.2026 in connection with Crime No. 88/2026 registered in Police Station- Rajpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(2) & 332(b) of BNS.
2. At the very outset, Ms. Soniya Kuldeep, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same at appropriate stage.
3. No objection from other side.
4. Permission granted.
5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above. Sd/-
