1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16.10.2025 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 12214/2025.
