1. Heard on admission.
2. Admit.
3. Vide order dated 12.08.2026 of this Court passed in MAC No. 1505/2023, this Court had passed a peremptory order, therefore, the above case stood automatically dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the case has been handed over to him after taking NOC. The applicant is ready and willing to remove / rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry and to comply with all the requirements as directed by the Registry.
5. The order sheet dated 01.12.2023 reflected the name of Mr. Love Kumar Ramteke. Sufficient time was given to him to cure the default. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore MAC No. 1505/2023.
6. Prayer for restoration of the appeal is allowed and MAC No. 1505/2023 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- within 10 working days from today before the Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Aid Services Committee.
