1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and has retired from service. In view of the subsequent development, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to institute a fresh petition, if any cause of action survives in future.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/-
