1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State and respondent No. 9 have raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the present writ petition, which has been filed challenging the order dated 21.09.2026 passed by the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, whereby the appeal preferred by respondent No. 9 has been allowed. They submit that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the Director, Panchayat, and, in support of their submission, have placed reliance upon the order dated 21.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 4422 of 2018.

2. In view of the aforesaid objection, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority, namely, the Director, Panchayat, for redressal of the petitioner's grievance.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
