1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the order dated 06.08.2026 passed by the Tahsildar, whereby an order of eviction has been passed despite the pendency of a civil suit for declaration of title filed against the State.

2. Learned counsel for the State raises an objection regarding the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the concerned SDO. Accordingly, it is contended that the petitioner ought to have availed himself of the said remedy.

3. Having considered the aforesaid aspects of the matter, and since an efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under the law by way of an appeal before the concerned SDO, the petitioner is relegated to avail himself of the said remedy, if so wishes.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
