1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2186/2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to file fresh contempt petition if any exigency arises in future along with all supporting documents.
