Mr. Atanu Ghosh, Dy. Govt. Advocate and Mr. Siddhant Tiwari, Panel Lawyer for the Respondent/ State. Pursuant to the order dated 20.08.2026, the bailable warrant issued against the appellant Shailendra Singh @ Rembo (CRA No. 1132/2015), has been served upon him and he was produced from Central Jail, Ambikapur as he is sagrika detained there in some other offence. The bailable warrant issued against the appellant Sukhan Singh has also been served upon him and he is present in person before this Court. Both the accused persons have been identified by their counsel. With the consent of the parties, the argument heard finally and judgment dictated separately. The appellant Shailendra Singh @ Rembo (CRA No. 1132/2015) shall be taken back from the concerned jail from where he is produced.
