1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application and he would also submit that the learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible.
2. Learned counsel for the State have no objection.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present second bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 23.02.2026, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same as early as possible.
