(Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Order on Board 08/10/2026 At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff’s evidence is almost complete and the limited issue involved in the present petition pertains to the rejection of the application preferred under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise all the grievances before the trial court at the stage of trial.
