1. Even on the last date of hearing i.e., 23.09.2026 none appeared on behalf of the petitioners when the matter was taken up for hearing. Even today, despite the matter being called in the second round, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners, nor is there any representation on their behalf. In view of the repeated absence and lack of representation, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition any further.
2. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioners, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/-
