1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that it is reported that the Applicant has died and seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to file afresh by the Widow of the Applicant. The prayer is allowed and the OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty sought for with the condition that the Legal Heir of the Applicant must file fresh OA within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, if so desired.
