1. This is the second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 32/2026 registered at Police Station Jarhagaon, District Mungeli (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

2. The earlier bail application filed by the applicant, bearing MCRC No. 5980 of 2026, was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.08.2026.

3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that out of 17 prosecution witnesses, 11 witnesses have already been examined and the case is now listed for further evidence of the prosecution witnesses from 5th October to 7th October, 2026.

4. Considering the fact that only 6 witnesses are to be examined and the trial is at final stage and also considering the fact that there is no justifiable ground to consider the present bail application at this stage as trial is about to completion.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant bail application at this stage.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed.
